2 1098s from same lender and loan number. The first is in the name of deceased spouse estate and myself, the second in my name.Do I enter in both 1098s?

Are they duplicates, i.e. do they both report the same mortgage interest payment?

If they are not duplicates and you are filing a joint return with your deceased spouse, then enter both of them.

To avoid double-counting of your mortgage principal balance, enter $1" in Box 2 of the first 1098 (you and spouse's estate).

If they are duplicates and you are filing a joint return with your deceased spouse, then enter the one that just has your name.
