My daughter is a 20 year old full-time college student. I live in Ohio and she has an apartment in Kentucky to be close to her college and works in kentucky. We pay for her college. Do we still claim her as dependent?

Yes. Pay attention to the small print as you work through the program too. For example, in the dependents section under the MY INFO tab, you will indicated that she lived with you "the whole year". Read the small print on that screen and you'll see why.
