Last night I paid you 174.97 for 2018 online tax prep package, aftet I spent 6 hours finishing. Now nothing is available of my information, and your system suggests I buy a download to do my 2018 taxes. It didn’t file anything because of a glitch with a 1099. Why sell it to me at full price if you will lock me out - with no data - in a matter of hours? And whete’s all my data?
