I got divorced in October of 2019 and have no access to the 2019 tax return. What can I do when it calls for this tax return instead. I could with some work get a copy of my w2 but none of her stuff. Any help would be great thanks

If you were not legally married on 12/31/2019 then you file as Single on the 2019 tax return.  You do not need any of your ex-spouse information on your tax return.

You will need the 2018 AGI to e-file the 2019 tax return.  If the 2018 tax return was filed as Married Filing Jointly then the 2018 AGI is the same for each of you.

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

If you are unable to get the 2018 AGI, you can enter a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI to see if that would be accepted by the IRS.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
