I prepared my taxes through turbox tax in 2018 but never ended up hitting the submit button. I want to keep the info that turbo tax has and E FILE them for 2018 but the site made me download an app that only allows me to print and mail it in. Does anyone know how I can process the 2018 docs on turbo tax?

A 2018 return cannot be e-filed. E-filing closed permanently for 2018 returns in October of 2019. The only way to file your 2018 return is by mail.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
