2019 amended return e-file problem

I'm trying to file an amended federal tax return for 2019, but the system shows:

To file your amended returns, you’ll need to print and mail them

Amended returns cannot be electronically filed (e-filed).

Also, the printed version doesn't show my bank account number. It shows a lot of "x" instead.

You will need to scroll down to Your tax return & documents (you may need to select Show), select 2019, and then Amend (change) return.
