2019 License code not working

I am installing the 2019 version onto my new computer (windows 11) and the license code is not working . I am getting error code 630. 

 

I can't get pass this to installed the software.

    TurboTax no longer supports 2019.  Sorry.  Why are you trying to install 2019 now in 2024?  What are you trying to do?
