My wife & I filed married separately in 2018 and ended up filing married jointly on an amended return after realizing we were leaving many deductions on the table. We were not able to complete the TurboTax software due to various details. We did use a CPA to complete the 2018 taxes and now have a hard copy of the joint return. We will be returning to TurboTax for 2019 and wondered how to add all the information into the 2018 TurboTax file so it would transfer all necessary numbers/information.

You cannot add it in unless you enter it manually.  There is no high tech way for you to add data to the software from a hard copy of your tax return.
