6. Enter the amount from your Form 8915-E, line 4, column b, and select Continue. Does not appear when I go through Turbo Tax. What should I do from this point?

You had a form 8915-E in your 2022 tax return which has been carried over to your 2023 return.

You don't need that form 8915-E in 2023 and have to delete it, along with any related worksheets.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

In TurboTax, open your return
In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
A list of forms will appear. Locate form 8915-E and click Delete next to it.
On the next screen, click Delete Form
Also delete any worksheet associated with form 8915-E.
