2021 Deluxe - 5 Fed and 1 State filing....no fees????

I've used TT for ages and there seems to be a fair amount of chatter concerning 2021 and filing fees. Before I purchase the Deluxe CD (and I assume this is what is referred to as "desktop") would like to be sure it will still work as before. Question is: Can I still load this CD on 3 different laptops/desktops with result of 3 Federal Filings each with no filing fees? AND, download one State (same state) on all 3 computers filing with 1 free fee and 2 regular filing fees?

Thanks to anyone who can answer in time for me to get my discounted Sam's Club (ends 1/31) software.

When you get the CD/download ---- and if you get Deluxe or higher that includes state software----you get up to five free federal e-files and the software to prepare and e-file up to five state returns for the one specific state that you choose. Your fee includes the preparation of the state returns. There is a separate state e-filing fee of $20 ---which increases to $25 in March --- that can be avoided if you print, sign and mail the state return.

Your CD/download license allows you to install the software on all of the computers that YOU own. The limit of five federal e-files is an IRS limit. If you prepare more than five federal returns, the others must be mailed.
