There is a possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

This happened to me last year and again this year. You probably will have to submit your forms by paper, which robs you of the time advantage of getting your refund earlier by e-filing. This is a major problem that TT &/or the IRS have, which is aggravated by the IRS being so far behind in processing paper returns. I may try a different tax software co. next year.

I was surprised that entering zero didn't work for me last year but I just got an email back and it did work this time.
