2022 w2 no federal/state Ca taxes taken out.looked at all my paystubs, only taxes taken out were SSI,Medicare, Casdi &disability. What is this CA FILING STATUS SMI2 0 0?

this has never happened at another job. I even looked back at what I filled out on my w4. I never put anything to not take fed/ca state taxes.

It is possible that no withholding was required.  You will need to get with your employer for a detailed explanation of your specific situation.  In the meantime you will file your return as normal using the W2's that you have.  

 

Generally, employers have withholding tables that direct them on the amount of withholding per pay period based on the the filing status indicated on the withholding forms.  I am not familiar with the CA filing status codes, but for example, that filing status code could be "Standard Married"  and if you are paid weekly there would be no federal income tax withholding for gross pay below around $515.  There is also a CA table that would work the same way.
