I have been attempting to amend my 2023 file for days now 6 hours on the phone, promised a call back and nothing. The file to download says corrupt and cannot excess it. Also other questions same issue and response was 2023 had program change. Its received payments but no documents. I was advised to admend as no one could find my files. I paid for max help.

Yes, if you saved your tax file to a cloud type drive, then download it to work with it, it can become corrupted.

Check your computer; you should have a backup file in the TurboTax > Documents folder. You can't Amend a return you don't have; if you can't locate a back-up copy, you'll have to start over to prepare a 2023 return, or you can get an IRS Transcript if you filed a 2023 return.
