Hello, I received a 2023 1099R for an excess Roth IRA contribution I made for tax year 2022. It is about 200 dollars and 0 taxable amount as I lost money at the time of withdrawal, code P & J. I withdrew this in March of 2023. I didn't include the 1099R in my tax year 2022 submission. My question is do I now need to go back and amend my 2022 taxes if I had no gain?

Since you had no taxable gains, you don't need to amend your 2022 tax return to add the code PJ 2023 Form 1099-R.
