2023 Return Asking For 2020 Form I Did Not Receive

I am on SSA Disability and have been for several years. This year I got a lump sum that included retroactive payments for 2020, 2021, and 2022, and I received a SSA-1099 for it. This is the first time I've received one. In my filing of the 1099 it asks me about benefits paid and reported in 2020. I was receiving benefits in 2020, but I did not receive a 1099 and thus did not report it. Do I just leave the value at 0? Did I do/am I doing something wrong? Much thanks.

Yes, leave the value at zero.

If you did not report benefits in 2020, enter zero for that amount.
