2023 taxes

I was charged 133.00 for my 2023 taxes and they were never transmitted, and everything is missing.  I filed online with turbo tax on oct 15th 2024.

    Paying the TurboTax online account fees does not e-file your tax return.

     

    You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

     

    After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

     

    If the above did not happen then you will have to print, sign, date and mail the tax return.  Include with the mailed tax return all forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.

    Go to this IRS website for the mailing address, by state, with or without a tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

     

    To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

    Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

    When you sign onto your TurboTax online account and you are not seeing the 2023 tax return available, you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
