This is all I get when I try to run the app. I can't click on anything behind it either. I have ensured my computer is up to date, I have uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled 2x now. I need to get these done in less than a week. Please help. I paid $85 I didn't have for this and the IRS is holding my tax return hostage until this is done and I NEED that money.
