2024 Fed Taxes ,1098-C, TT Disallows E-Filing

the IRS accepts tax returns that contain a 1098-C. Why does TT not allow e-filing and forces mailing in the return?  After over two decades of using TT, I will be moving on to another tax preparation software.

The instructions for the 1098-C state

If you e-file your return, you must (a) attach Copy B of Form 1098-C to Form 8453 and mail the forms to the IRS, or (b) include Form 1098-C as a PDF attachment if your software program permits.

Where do you see the IRS accepts this form by e-file? Were you referring to the PDF copy that some software might add to the e-file?

User error on my part. Mailing in 1098-C was not issue, I guess I was overtired working taxes all day. I found the mistake that made TT require I file my complete  return by mail. Thanks!
