2210 form line D shows 3 boxes instead of 4 for each quarter

I get a message the sum of 4 columns does not equal my total with holding for year but only 3 columns are available showing amounts

The 4th is auto-filled for you with the totals. This is true for the income and the payments. You enter 3 boxes and the program does the work.
