Question

4/10/2019 a gas explosion destroyed everything I had, I was also displaced, I moved to start over. How does this not count for anything with my taxes?

So terribly sorry for your misfortune.  But, sadly, the tax laws changed for 2018 and beyond.  Casualty losses such as yours are not deductible on your tax return.  Moving expenses are only deductible for certain active duty members of the military.
