Question

OK...this question gets answered every which way except the way I need it answered!  If I am single and made less than $75,000 AGI in 2019, received my full stimulus check(s) in 2019, and now I made $80,000 AGI in 2020 but don't file my tax return until after I get my 3rd stimulus check of $1,400, will I get an offsetting tax charge, or will they simply allow me to use my 2019 AGI and keep the stimulus money...even though I made more than $80,000 AGI in 2020?

We don't know yet.  But if it's like the first 2 stimulus checks that is reconciled on your 2020 return you don't have to pay any back.
