Question
8995 shouldn't be there
So I filed with Turbo tax last year but for some reason none of the info is there anymore, not a big deal, I only mention it because this means Turbo tax doesn't know I was Sold employed last year, I AM NOT THIS YEAR. so why is it filing a 8995 this year? it won't let me delete the form (tried 3 times). is this going to cause an issue? does not look like any info is caring over from the 8995 to the 1040, but it is being filed and I have no clue where it is getting the info on the form (the carry over loss)
