If you are using the Online product, you will need to create a separate account for the family member. Otherwise, if you used your account, your tax data would be overwritten (destroyed) and not available to carry over to next year.

 

If you have the CD/download software, then you can create as many returns as you want (because you will save them in separate *.tax2020 files), and you would be able to e-file 5 of them for free.
