Question

A few years ago I made an account under different email to submit my taxes and then went back to old email to submit last two years. Is this going to trip up my refund?

Basically I have two Turbo Tax accounts but I’d like to link them. I’m getting emails to the other account to submit my taxes even though I already did it with my original one.

No the IRS doesn't care how or where you file your tax return.  Just ignore the emails on the old account.  Sorry you can not merge them.  Just use the current account going forward.
