Question

A server problem occurred while processing your e-file.Tried to file yesterday and today and I still get this problem. Anybody know what I should do to resolve this?

First be sure you are connected to the internet, but it sounds like you are.

When you get an error like this, wait a few hours between tries. Assuming it's not on your computer, this kind of thing usually gets fixed within a few hours, but if there is a glitch, they would rather discard your e-file and have you resubmit than run a chance of a corrupted file or other error in the submission of your precious tax data ;-).

Over the years, I've gotten an error like this, but seldom more than once for a given file.
