Access to 2022 tax return; IRS didn't receive return

I e-filed my 2022 federal return through Turbo Tax but the IRS has no record of it. I need to refile it. I used the Online Premium tax option (paid $126 for the privilege). I also need access to the return in case I have to mail it off.

A 2022 tax return cannot be e-filed, it can only be printed and mailed.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2024 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2022 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Print, sign, date and mail the federal tax return to the IRS.  Include with the mailed return any 2022 forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld.

Go to this IRS website for the federal tax return mailing address, by state, with and without a tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment

There is no download/print return pdf option on the 2022 and 2023 pages.
