Question

According to WV 11-13MM-4, there should be a tax credit. This is nowhere to be found in turbotax; how do I apply this to my taxes?

In looking at the West Virginia form and instructions, I don't see any such credit on the state's current forms.

 

Please see this notice about a Disabled Veteran Real Property Tax Credit. This does not take effect until 2024 (next year).

 

I read the code that you referred to, but I am not sure that that code took effect or if maybe the credit was eliminated before 2023. In any case, it doesn't look valid for 2023.
