Account Activity is empty

I'm trying to view my sign-in history. I go to my account settings -> Sign in & Security -> Account Activity page, but the page doesn't display anything. It's empty. This happens while I have two sessions on two separate devices open. Can someone please guide me on this?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
