Account was closed for unknown reason - cannot get in.

Hello, my account was closed for an unknown reason. As such, none of my log in info works. So, I cannot use the "contact us" online as you require a log in. I cannot use the phone automated system because it no longer recognizes my log in info. I tweeted to you and was instructed to Log In. I CAN"T!!!! I created this username so I can ask a question. Would you PLEASE have a human being call me so I can get my old account back???? I cannot get through ANY of your robot systems. I have been a long time customer and this is extremely frustrating and irritating!! PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME.

Have you tried the account recovery tool?  Maybe you are just in the wrong account.

 

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
