Acorns import bug - account and doc number fails

I enter my account number and the document number, and I get a validation error on the account number. Nothing has worked so far.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.

I'm having the same issue as the person above. I am not using turbo tax online.

The rep walked me through the steps to clear cache/cookies (I forget), but it worked - I think there are instructions for doing this online. I'll see what I can find...

Enter your account number as normal and then for the document ID press (caps lock) and enter your doc ID number with caps lock on.

Hope it works for you as well, it worked for me.
