Activation Screen

Purchased the 2023 Home and Business product and downloaded all the files.  However, the prompt for the activation screen will not perform the function to allow me to begin 2023 tax file.   My email address is [email address removed] Thank you.

    Depends on exactly what point you are getting hung up at

    Possibles...if on a Windows computer:

     

    1)  when you first start TTX, rt-click on the TTX icon and select "Run As Administrator"

    OR

    2)  Change your screen resolution (temporarily) to a lower setting and try again.
