Question

Added Paypal as payment method but do not see an option to file, just "update my cart" and "back"

How is paying harder than calculating what I owe? Wouldnt it be nice if Turbotax didnt lobby to make this such a painful method for every working American every single year? I've done the hard work but I'm going in circles trying to pay.
