And if you are looking for your 2020 AGI in order to e-file, if you filed late or your refund took too long to be processed, then your 2020 AGI might not be in the system. You might need to use "zero' as your AGI in order to e-file.

Adjusted Gross Income is total income minus adjustments, before subtracting the standard deduction or itemized deductions. For 2021, adjustments are in Part II of Schedule 1.
