After 5 unsuccessful attempts to e-file my returns, I changed my password as suggested by this site to update the app. Still unsuccessful. What works?

What is your reject code? Are you filing and getting the return rejected? There may be something additional that must be fixed on your return.

if you don't fix the reject reason you'll be rejected 50 times.

Your password has little to do with it.
