Question

After I signed for taxes today a new return amount was approx. 3,000.00 less then was quoted on 1/2/20. Need to start process over?

You do not need to start the process over. The refund amount is not accurate until all information has been entered and the return is ready to be filed.

    My W-2 did not even upload onto the return, it printed a blank page, it still did not allow me to go back and fill in , i'm pissed, took my money!
