Question

After installing multiple times have you found TTAX Deluxe worthless? I will not allow for changes to INCOME thus is now worthless. Any hints on TTax problem here?

This is a very simple return, copied from last years return. Few changes and it is done. Does not allow for INCOME changes. Simply comes back with "ERROR". Any ideas?

your posting from online but inquiring about desktop. so which are you using? if desktop switch to forms mode and the you should be able to get to the forms to fix the numbers. you may have to delete the number before correcting it.do not use overrides or estimates. forms mode is not available for the online version.

Yes it is a desktop version and thanks for your answer. I eventually called TTax support and they could not get it any further down the road. They suggested upgrading Windows 10 which I did but still not luck. I was able to use the forms mode and get some of it to work for the simpler tax return (a friends) to work enough to print and mail to IRS. Mine is more complex so have not gotten there yet. Thanks
