Question

After signing starting to gather my personal info, the screen is just white.

I've tried clearing my cache, browser history, etc.  After signing it, it says "Welcome", the briefly shows "Gathering Personal Data".  That disappears and it's just a blank space in the middle of the page.  Only the TurboTax logo and "Sign Out" on the left-hand side.  I've used TT for years, never had this happen.
