Question

After submitting my tax form, I recieved an email that my tax status was rejected

Since your e-filed return was rejected by the IRS, it's as if you never filed at all.  You'll need to correct whatever is wrong with your return, then re-submit.  The TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below will explain how to "fix" your rejected return.
