After two days of trying to get into my account, it has been a half hour the app is trying to get me into my account home. Wth is going on???

Make sure you are running with the necessary app system requirements. 

  • Apple Devices (iOS 10.0 and above)
  • Android Devices (OS 5.0 and above)

If you don't have a supported mobile device, you can access TurboTax.com with your mobile browser. You can sign in with the same user ID and Password.
