AGI corect amount entered by always refused by IRS

    Two possibilities. 1) the IRS processed the return late and the AGI is not get entered into their database; try using 0 (zero) for the AGI and 2) the IRS database is in error (not unusual).  The only remedy is to print and mail a paper return.
