AGI issues between mail in returns & e-filed returns?

Somebody please help! Year after year, the return keeps getting rejected when we e-file (error with AGI and/or PIN) even though the AGI is correct & the PIN is correct! We end up having to mail it in EVERY YEAR!

A little background...

2019: Started a business. Didn't have 2018 tax return so we didn't know AGI. E-file rejected. Had to mail it in.

2020: Imported everything through TT. Had correct AGI & PIN from 2019. E-file rejected because they didn't match. Had to mail it in again.

2021: Imported everything through TT again. Have correct AGI & PIN from 2020. E-file rejected again because AGI/PIN doesn't match! Telling us to mail it in AGAIN.

HOW DO YOU BREAK THE CYCLE?!?!?!? I just want to e-file! Is there a difference with AGI mailed in & what they have online? I honestly don't understand why this keeps happening! Somebody HELP! 😕😕

The IRS probably does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
