How can I fix this

TurboTax Deluxe Online

It is recommended to prepare the nonresident state first. This is because your resident state will provide you with a credit for the tax you pay to the nonresident state. By preparing the nonresident state first, TurboTax can transfer the credit information to your resident state to return.

If you didn't do this, you can delete the state and re-do them in this order. This may help with the error.
