Alimony

I have had a pending divorce since 2012 and a temporary court order for alimony since 2017.  My divorce is not final. Is my alimony still taxable in light of the new laws?

    yes it is. the order was entered before 2018. nontaxable would require a divorce or separation instrument executed after 2018, or for any pre 19 agreement modified after that date.
