almost completed my turbo tax I took a break and nowit says"looks like we hit a snag" how do i get back?

i am almost finished mt Turbo Tax but I took a break and returned to try to complete adding my TIAA retirement stock I sold in 2024 that i have

    You can follow these steps to get back to the stock sales:

     

    1. Click Wage and Income
    2. Click Edit Next to Investment and Savings
    3. Click Edit next to the TIAA account you want to finish
