- Go to turbotax.intuit.com. Do not sign in on this page.
- Select 'Products & Pricing'
- Then select 'Access My Downloads'. You will be prompted to log in at this point. Once you do you should see all of the downloads you have purchased. If you do not see the download, verify that you are using the account you used to purchase the download.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
