Solved

Although my wife is covered by Obamacare for 2016, yet I have not received 1095-A. They sent me 1095-B. Now how do I proceed in filing my returns without 1095-A?

We highly recommend against filing without your form 1095-A.

While Form 1095-A is not filed with your tax return, the information is needed to complete Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit. Form 8962 should be filed as part of your tax return for 2016.

This form should be mailed out and/or made available online by mid February.  If you didn't receive or lost your 1095-A, you can visit the Marketplace website you purchased your health insurance plan from and see if your 1095-A PDF is available to download.
