Im 17 years old and I live alone with my 3 month old daughter & boyfriend. I’m no longer in school and I work 10 hr shifts 4 days a week , I pay bills and take care of myself . Can I claim my daughter this year on my taxes ? Am I too young ? Am I better off with my mother claiming the both of us ?

Age is not a requirement to file a tax return.  From your question, it appears that you live with and support your daughter.  You may be able to file your taxes as head of household.

This link to the TurboTax help page Guide to Filing Taxes as Head of Household. has information that you may find useful in determining if you qualify to file as Head of Household.
