Amended Tax Return Rejected

I'm in Texas. I filed for an amended tax return and it was rejected twice. The original tax return was filed on 02/02/2025 and the amended was filed on 04/15/2025. Turbotax doesn't say why it was rejected. I wanted to changed my filing status from married filing separately to married filing joint. Please help me address the issue.

If you're adding your spouse and getting rejected, there might be something wrong with your spouse's information. Check their name and SSN to make sure it matches what the IRS has on file, and also make sure that the AGI from 2023 is correct to verify their identity.
