Hit enter multiple times, a solution noted in a 2021 post
Tried reversing the PID and DID, a solution noted in a 2020 post
Entered Caps as Caps with no spaces in PID or DID
Receive message: "The import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax-related information to import."

In prior years, Ameriprise has imported without any problems. Had a number of transactions, and really don't want to manually type everything. Would appreciate any suggestions!
