An apparent glitch in software is preventing me from filing a zero appears where line should be blank and nothing removes zero

no one seems to have gotten any help regarding the zero that cannot be removed

schedule 8812 - a subset about spousal child credit received - the line is b2 - the whole thing is odd as I am single with no children - I have tried cancelling the zero with no result but as a result I cannot file - caught in an endless loop of checking an error not of my making which cannot be corrected by me
